I had a pre-purchase inspection conducted yesterday. The team was accommodating in scheduling us at a convenient time, completed the inspection promptly, and provided a clear, comprehensive report that was understandable to both sellers and buyers. I was particularly impressed with Joshua, the representative who answered the phone. He engaged with several clients regarding their repairs and thoughtfully presented three different repair options to accommodate their financial and practical needs. While this may be standard company practice, I believe it exemplifies a commendable approach to customer service. We will certainly be returning for vehicle servicing in the future.

Had the best experience ever with this shop, they were super thorough when it came to checking everything in my Chevy Silverado. They gave very detailed diagnostics about what was happening with my vehicle, super transparent. Also, they always sent work to be approved before they started working on the truck. Which, let me see exactly what I was paying for, labor, parts, etc..... will keep bringing my truck here for future matienence. Because they also provided me with what hat will need to be taken care of in the future. Thank you Premium Automotive, name definitely suits the work that was done and customer care that was provided. 10/10

First off I'd like to thank Joshua P. Over at premium automotive services! This gentleman and his team worked hard and made sure I was back on the road same day. I thought shops like this didn't exist anymore and they definitely back up their word on making sure you are squared away 100%. Communicating every step of the way, photos, updates, and very knowledgeable in the diesel truck field especially my 6.7 power stroke and their a work spoke for itself out my truck thru a 250 miles drive and everything is working fine I'm definitely happy. The price was A bit out of the blue for me as the new diesel engines have built in computers on certain sensors that can cause a ripple effect of code and I can confidently say I'm very satisfied.

They worked on my wife's Range Rover. I was impressed with the service. They send pictures and videos along the way of what they are doing and write up a full detailed estimate. The day it was complete, I was out of town and they delivered the car to my home for me. I would highly recommend this shop.
